Founding Member NFTs (For our Presale Buyers)

Our team is working closely with our NFT partners in order to produce our Founding Members NFT.

This NFT collection is for Presale buyers only and represents our focus as a DAO to empower initial community members who help us to establish and drive our vision forward through our Presale and beyond.

The Founding Member NFT is a generative NFT providing tiered access to specific Torii benefits such as further NFT drops (ours and our partners), additional exclusive partner token staking mechanisms and insights exclusive to Founding Member NFT holders.

· The total supply / number of Founding Member NFTs will be determined by the number of BNB filled in the presale. Maximum number of NFTs that can be generated/minted is 6250

· For every 0.2 BNB contributed to our Presale you are eligible to claim 1 NFT.

· You must hold at least 0.1 TORII at the time of claiming.

(So if you contribute 5 BNB you are eligible to claim 25)

· The Torii Founding Member NFT Floor price equates to a fairlaunch value of approximately $80 per NFT — the same as the listing price of TORII token.

These will also be traded on the open-markets as we continue to develop our ecosystem around our NFTs and DeFi opportunities.

What is a generative NFT and why does it matter in the Torii Ecosystem?

A generative NFT is a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) with programmatically ‘randomized’ attributes or characteristics in their visual appearance and structure determining their level of scarcity and ecosystem ‘value’.

Torii has enabled a utility for these NFTs by creating a tiered access mechanism, where the scarcity of your NFT provides different access opportunities in future DAO activity or opportunities (as discussed above).

Diamond Gate NFT (Torii Gates DIAMOND EDITION)

This NFT is our Diamond Gate / Diamond Hand collector’s edition and will have the highest scarcity of all our NFT collections, and no further Diamond Gate NFTs will be minted.

The Diamond Gate NFT will give access to a much broader scope of opportunities, and giveaways that will be revealed throughout our marketing and development phases in Q4 of 2021.

· Only 25 Presale buyers who claim their NFTs will receive a Diamond Gate NFT.

· Only Presale buyers of 5 BNB will be stand a chance of receiving this NFT.
